Comfort Food with a twist:

Focusing on the diverse culture in food the menu keeps on changing every day, finding no identical menu on two different days. With the concept of ‘Glocal Food’, they want people to experience the essence of home cooked meals with new flavors. How do they get so many ideas for the menu? Well, 7th Sin’s menu is inspired by family friends, friends of friends, TV shows, well know chefs and even childhood memories. They even put a wish bowl where customers can give their suggestions and feedback and food they want to eat.
Costing within a range: 50-200 bucks, 7th Sin brings amazing global food with an Indian twist to your neighborhood considering the wishes and cravings of customers.

All Women Food Truck:

7th Sin hires only women. The main agenda is to change the perception of people towards women the in the food industry. Playing a major role in the upliftment of women, they hire women with the unprivileged background, giving them a source of earning. What can be more unique than making women independent?

Inside the Truck:

The heart of 7th Sin, the truck is where they cook. The truck is complete stainless putting lots of emphasis on hygiene and water disposal. Moreover, the truck has a water tank, gas stoves, UPS, 4 burners including Chinese burner and a hot plate.
Furthermore, you can see LED lights, microwave, storage for food take away material.

Challenges:

Because of the heavy machinery, it was very difficult to set up the truck. The truck got delayed because of the manifold as it is tough to get the right set of mechanics or engineers on remodeling.
Henceforth the truck initially suffered because of heavy traffic and machinery.
Even getting parking space was difficult to find. Right now they park at tech parks, colleges, off the streets and at events and concerts.
Under those circumstances, certain rules were set up :
1. Parking only in designated parking spaces
2. Not blocking the traffic
3. Keeping local authorities informed about garbage disposal.

Work-hours:

Working 6 days a week, their day starts in the central kitchen of 7th sin doing some prior preparations, they load the truck further hitting the roads at 10 AM.
On the 7th day, they distribute free food at orphanages, temples, churches. The truck is available for anyone who needs food for the unprivileged area.
Every Wednesday is Women’s day at 7th Sin giving special menus at a flat rate.
As the main focus is on children, 7th sin wants to be the first choice for children’s birthday. All they need a parking permission and they would entertain with fun, food, and games with a dream visit inside the truck.
