Kale: one bunch

Olive oil – 1 table spoon

Salt – 1 teaspoon

Pepper – 1 teaspoon

Preparation: Rip the leaves from the stem of the kale. Take the baking sheet and arrange the leaves in a single layer. Toss olive oil, salt and pepper. Bake for 10 minutes.

Sweet Potato Fries

Preparation: Wash the sweet potato and cut it into strips. Take a baking sheet and spread the sweet potato strip. Drizzle olive oil, salt and pepper. Bake them in over for 10 min, flip them and bake for another 10 min.

Pita Pizzas

Next delicious snack is pita pizza. They are great at parties and lounge as they look really professional. Pita contains high quantity of digestive fiber, protein and vitamins. For this quick and amazing easy and quick snack you will need following ingredients.

You will need

Pita bread – 2 no’s

Tomatoes – 2 no’s

Basil – 5 to 6 leaves

Mozzarella cheese

Olive oil

Preparation: Slice the tomatoes. Pluck the leaves from the stems, then wash and dry. Stack the leaves and roll tightly, the slice. Drizzle olive oil on a piece of pita bread and rub in with your hands or the back of the spoon. Sprinkle on mozzarella cheese then add other toppings like tomato and basil. Bake them for 12 minutes.

Pita Avocado Toast
